What is the Bybit VIP program?

The Bybit VIP program is a tiered loyalty system created for traders with significant asset balances or high trading volumes. It offers multiple levels — from VIP 1 up to the exclusive Supreme VIP tier — each one unlocking progressively better perks. Key benefits include discounted trading fees, higher withdrawal limits, priority support and, for higher tiers, a dedicated VIP ambassador.

The Bybit App plays a central role in delivering this premium experience. It provides a seamless and intuitive interface for mobile trading that allows you to access Bybit VIP features and manage your account anytime, anywhere. This ensures that you never miss an opportunity — and can always stay on top of your portfolio.

How to access Bybit VIP with the Bybit App

Checking your VIP status and accessing its benefits on the App is a straightforward process. Follow our simple step-by-step guide to get started.

1. Download or update the App: Make sure you have the latest version of the Bybit App installed on your device. You can find it on either the App Store or Google Play.

2. Log in to your account: Open the App and log in using your Bybit credentials. New users will need to create an account and complete at least Identity Verification (KYC) Level 1.

3. Check your VIP status: Tap on the profile icon located in the top-left corner of the App's home screen. In the menu that appears, select My Fee Rates to view your current VIP level and the corresponding fee discounts.

4. Meet the requirements: To become a VIP trader, you’ll need to meet the minimum criteria for either asset balance or 30-day trading volume. For example, in order to reach VIP 1 you need an asset balance of at least $100,000 or a 30-day Spot trading volume of $1 million. You can deposit funds or trade directly in the App to meet these thresholds.

5. Activate your perks: Once you meet the requirements, your VIP status is updated automatically. Your new discounted trading fees and other benefits will be applied to your account, and you can start enjoying your enhanced service experience immediately.

Managing VIP benefits on the Bybit App

Another key advantage of the Bybit VIP program is that you receive priority access to Bybit customer support, which you can access directly through the App's live chat feature.
